Refund Policy
Effective Date: 20 April 2026
1. General Policy
All payments made to Basque Consulting are for professional services including visa assistance, recruitment consulting, and advisory. As these services involve third-party authorities (embassies, employers), we maintain a transparent refund policy.
2. Non Refundable Fees
- Initial consultation and documentation fees are non-refundable once services have started.
- Government/embassy fees, biometric charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The application has not yet been submitted to the embassy/authorities.
- Services promised cannot be delivered due to internal reasons at Basque Consulting.
- Duplicate payments were made in error.
4. Partial Refunds
If services have been partially delivered, refunds will be calculated after deducting administrative and processing charges.
5. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Visa is rejected by the embassy/authorities.
- Candidate provides false or incomplete information.
- Candidate withdraws voluntarily after the process has started.
6. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refund@basqukconsulting.com within 15 days of payment.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
